Care Instructions

  • If not used for a long time, fully dry the inner container before storing it.
  • Clean the mug promptly after each use to prevent odors or stains from developing.
  • Unclean water may cause rust-like red stains on the inner container.
  • To remove stains, dilute with warm water and soak in vinegar for around thirty minutes, then clean thoroughly.
  • Do not fully immerse the cup body in water for cleaning.
  • Avoid placing the mug near open flames, heaters, or other heat sources, as this can cause deformation or discoloration.
  • Do not pour carbonated drinks, salty soups, or juices into the mug.

Safety Precautions

  • Keep the mug out of reach of infants and young children to avoid burns or other injuries.
  • Do not unscrew the lid while the mug is tilted, as hot water can splash out and cause burns.
  • Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking the mug strongly, as this can cause surface dents or damage.
